If you are interested in selling your property yourself or you already have a willing buyer, we can provide value information on your property to help you get the most value back to you at closing.  Is there a piece of property that you are considering buying from a private seller?  We can provide independent verification on its current value without the need of a full brokerage services.  We offer this based on an hourly fee rate that we give you up front, no brokerage strings attached.  Whether you are purchasing a residence for your family, a property for your business, are a local or national lender, or an attorney seeking an estate valuation, we have the knowledge and experience to help you.

 Real Estate Consulting Services

If you have real estate and are unsure of the best course of action, we can explain the pros and cons of selling and leasing and the long term outlook of redevelopment or holding the property.  If you are not ready to decide if brokerage services are right for you at this time, or you want to get a second opinion on current values, we can provide that service on a fee basis without brokerage services attached.  We will also break down the income and expense elements to find the true returns of a commercial or residential income property and can also provide analysis for multi-unit commercial or residential properties.

Commercial Investment Analysis

We can explain the benefits and possible returns on building and developing commercial and residential real estate. We have the most up-to-date information on office, light manufacturing, retail and residential rental rates and sales prices based on real time sales data including building prices on a square foot basis in specific areas across the Gallatin Valley, Big Sky and West Yellowstone markets.
